Sunset West & Sunset East sections

Our Sunset West and Sunset East sections are conveniently located 0.3 miles off Interstate 20/59 at exit 76 near Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Both Sunset sections feature the following amenities:

Large, full hook-up RV sites (50/30 amp power, water, sewer, WiFi, and cable TV)
Complimentary HD Cable TV ***Customer must have a quality RG6 coax cable in order to use park cable. Please note RG-59 coax cable will NOT work on our system.
Concrete patios and utility pads
New Asphalt Roadway Sunset East Section (Completed December 2022)
Level pull-thru RV sites for overnight and short-term rentals
Coin-operated laundry machines
Clean restrooms and shower facilities
Commercial sized dumpsters

Rental rates:

All stays less than 90 days will incur a 9.5% lodging tax fee

*Daily: Varies based on demand. Book early to lock in the lowest rate.

Please Note: Restrooms, laundry, and showers are located in the West section Only. Customers staying in the East section are welcome to use the facilities by driving or walking over to the facility. Walking distance is max 520 yards and does require crossing JVC Road.
