Avalon Section

Our Avalon section is located on Avalon Drive in Cottondale, Alabama, approximately 1.6 miles from our Sunset locations. The Avalon section features the following amenities:

• Full hook-up RV sites (50/30 amp power, water, sewer, WiFi and cable TV) on a gravel surface
• Complimentary HD Cable TV (Customer must have a quality RG-6 Coax cable in order to use park cable. Please note RG-59 Coax will NOT work on our system)
• Modern Speed Queen Commercial laundry facility with four washers and five dryers
• Clean restrooms and shower facilities
• Commercial sized dumpsters

Avalon section rental rates:

All stays less than 90 days will incur a 9.5% lodging tax fee

*Daily: $ 35.00   Pull-Thru Full Hookup Site up to 65′

*Weekly:   $ 175.00

*Monthly:     $ 375.00 plus power consumption fee (Must Check-In at Park Office prior to arrival)
